=====Pariah District=====
The main leader of Pariah District is a female changeling named Lus.\\
**Finding Lus** if the group asks around for a leader they'll point them towards the Bee's Lighthouse and ask for Lus, if she's not busy she might see you.\\
**Bee's Lighthouse** is a restaurant made from the old Whitkin lighthouse, at the top is a flower garden that flows over the edge of the railings the top, those with 15+ passive perception can see bees flying around the top as they get closer, at the base is a quaint white wood building with large glass windows, almost like if someone wanted to build a fancy greenhouse and live in it. Inside are tables and chairs set up underneath hanging plants and have small vases of freshly cut flowers set on the tables, in the evening light as the sun starts to set it looks stunning. there's around a dozen people inside eating at the tables, most appear to be tiefling with a few dragonborn, and a couple humans and elves. A green dragonborn man dressed in fine attire with a white cloth drapped over his forearm stands just inside.

**Belseth** "Good evening, I'm Belseth and welcome to Bee's lighthouse. Are you hear to dine or visit the top of the lighthouse?"

**Lus:** As Belseth returns a few minutes later you see him followed by a slender blue tiefling, wearing a black pants and a vest with a green long sleeve shirt underneath, her horns poke through her long black hair extending up and then split creating two crescents facing each other.

Dallas immediately notices something is off with her. Can make an insight check against her deception (Advantage +5). If she's called out by Dallas she'll slowly walk toward him stopping a few feet away and looks exactly like him but still in the same clothes. "That enough explanation for you Sir Dallas? If not I'm worried about how long the rebellion will last." She then changes back to her normal tiefling form

"I heard there was an interesting group who arrived in town today, I wasn't expecting a visit so soon." - "Ah ah!" she interrupts "I want to make sure my guests are fed before we start talking. Belseth, I'll have the duck, please take their orders, first meal and drink is on me."\\

"So how can I help your rebellion?"
  * If you have secure locations, I have many who would gladly move
    * Families can move and set up businesses and trades
    * Whitkin is a major target, a lot of people would like to get away but not many places here that are safe from armies
  * I can't provide free fighters, but I can get some for a price
    * Tiefling units, Bred for War

  * I would be sad to leave this town I built but the people will follow where I go and we'll build anew
  * Many don't have enough to move let alone build new homes, we can make do with little funds but funding with help us greatly with setting up a new town 3000gp will go a long way, but any little bit will help

**Reton:** As the Outlawed originally fled to Reton it has the highest population of outlawed and most freedoms\\
**Covania:** A heavily militant nation has wiped the majority of outlawed out, and through the use of propaganda shortly after the war turned most citizens against the outlawed giving large rewards for those who find and turn them in.\\
**Oxtrad:** Is somewhere between Reton and Covania, the outlawed aren't hunted down but also aren't welcomed, often hiding in small remote communities.\\
