The following morning Zyllis & Maiq met Duke Miguel Rollo while Merric and a disguised Hope waited outside, setting in motion a deal, the Duke will stop the Reton Empire from moving into Greyhawk on the conditions that the Rebellion provides a new form of weaponry crafted by a pair of Dwarves known as guns and the redirection of a gold shipment. The meeting was adjourned to give both sides to think and arrange details of the deal.

Covania: A heavily militant nation has wiped the majority of outlawed out, and through the use of propaganda shortly after the war turned most citizens against the outlawed giving large rewards for those who find and turn them in.
Oxtrad: Is somewhere between Reton and Covania, the outlawed aren't hunted down but also aren't welcomed, often hiding in small remote communities.
