+Teo names time, location and conditions of trade. If not same location in 24 hours \\
+Cult will not try to pull any tricks unless Teo cancels the trade \\
+Amailia "Sovereign" and Olazor "Seer" attend the trade alone, they don't hide their faces but use codenames \\
+A few hours after trade is complete Ironhide, and Victoria and any of the party around either of them receive a message from Ulaa saying "The hand has been lost to a foul cult intent on bringing Narkul back, the hand has a new host and is moving quickly to the north"
+If trade is cancelled at any time cultists will stalk and follow Teo and learn what they can about the group and location of the hand, once location is confirmed they'll move quickly to try and steal in first 24 hours but after attack without hesitation

+Clear roads, Teo recognizes Bertrand as he's walking along the road with a small backpack containing scraps of food \\

+Heleste finds Ironhide and requests that they come with him to the estate, take his mind of the hand \\
+Estate is in burnt ruins and members of the cult are scouring the ruins for anything that survived \\

+Heleste warns group, especially Teo that demonic races aren't welcome to the north and with the Duke's death they'll no longer be able to hide in Greyhawk \\
