Appearance
Calamity appears as a young adult woman with a exaggerated hourglass figure. Additional anatomy includes twin long blood-scaled tails, bloodscales covering parts of her body such as back, thighs, hands and feet. She has large black horns. Her hands have large claws in place of fingers. She had an additional third eye on her forehead as well as eyes in the palms of her hands, on the front of her thighs and a large one on her back. All of her eyes are black with a bright yellow iris. She has crimson fiery hair at knee length tied into a pony tail and a black complexion.

Personality
Calamity despite her other features is quite a fun loving woman. Things like festivals, live music and stunning landscapes she enjoys very much. She prefers to be alone or in small groups of close friends. She is still new to this world in some regards so some cultures or etiquette she doesn’t quite get, the concept of clothes she doesn’t understand for example and why do people not have more than two eyes. This leads her to be a bit ditsy and a bit straight forward at times. She uses mage hand to interact with humanoid objects such as cups, forks etc that she can’t handle herself with her over sized clawed hands. She is an extreme light weight when it comes to alcohol Calamity gets very talkative and flirty when drunk. Calamity is relatively calm in combat but at times her battle thirst can overcome her. She will usually make an example of one foe to try and make the others surrender. Death has surrounded her all her life even after leaving her home dimension she is good at it but avoids it if possible.

Calamity’s Backstory:
A sin living in Reton

The Decota family only has Records back a few hundred years. Not much is known about members of the family past Teo’s Grandparents so we will start there.
Teo has a sister named Chaos. Their Parents are the Mum Delta and the Dad Jellal. And a grandmother by the name of Calamity Decota, the grandfather is unknown.
Calamity Decota was a name known throughout the land of Reton during her time, her Story starts when a hellish portal opens up behind a grand church in the northern town of Redkiln.

The Priests were greeted by a figure leaving the portal before it closed. She was a young DemonBorn child from an otherworldly realm of fire and agony. The holy men took pity on the “demon child” and brought her inside the church. After much discussion and having the innocent and defenseless nature of the child sway their judgment they decided to adopt the child as their own, although it was surely against their beliefs to raise such a creature. Calamity was the name given to her, a sadist way of reminding the holy group this child was of un-holy origins, but they were kind in heart and soul and raised Calamity as best they could.

Her existence was kept as much a secret as possible from the town of Redkiln as a creature such as Calamity would definitely cause unease in the town. From the first weeks Calamity showed huge raw potential with magic, particularly lightning. Also she suffered from an acute strain of vampiric bloodthirst and so had to be fed with the life force once every few days. Calamity could also not speak a word for unknown reasons as if her rite to speak had been taken away.

When she was experienced enough to control her magic and alter her appearance slightly to be more presenting in public the Holy men introduced her to the town.
Calamity had been raised well and kind, and with her great abilities she was able to swat dictators off their thrones, level war camps that threatened peace and even fighting the forces of nature such as Tornadoes and Tidal waves The extent of her power was quickly made apparent when she managed to drive away the Tarrasque from the city of Whitkin and through the years it was made official what she was, a Hero.
Calamity was quickly known throughout the land as a Hero. Despite her Origins of where she came from and her taboo magic, being raised as she was Calamity was always doing her best to use her powers to help others.

Her powers come at a cost however.
The term bloodletter was given by the highest officials that knew of her as she needed to feed on blood to satisfy her life force. Not quite vampirism as she didn’t burn in sunlight or follow any other vampire traits. This was a very little known fact as if it were to become public knowledge people would surely start fearing her.

Calamity lived an un-naturally long time, coming to terms that she might in fact be immortal watching her friends and the people that raised her die around her was heart breaking. All beings need love and Calamity was no exception. A fateful encounter with a handsome Tabaxi. She was flustered and he was shy but they both liked each other and made it work.
Records of who exactly this Tabaxi was are all but erased. Hardly anything is known about him other than he was the one to introduced Calamity to the rare Creatures of the world, Calamity’s favourite being Silver dragons and Terra Eagles.
They say their love flourished, they built a house far up in the hollow cliffs and lived together. Their love bloomed into their first and only child Delta.

Delta was only 14 when things changed for the worst. The Royal Conglomerate won control over Reton and didn’t like a DemonBorn running free playing Hero over the land weather she was doing good or not. It was only a matter of time before the land turned against Calamity and her Spouse The Tabaxi’s status was slandered and Calamity’s image was tarnished. Luckily nobody knew much about the two other than their appearances, nothing on where they live and not even Delta’s existence was public knowledge only very close friends knew.
Much to their heart break Delta’s had to go into hiding, leaving Delta alone. Delta took it well, the long emotional goodbye was hard but Delta was strong, a painting of her parents, the house they built and a Cloak from her dad was the only thing they left for Delta.
