+It had been a number of years, The wars name was long forgotten to him , the reason why it started , a mystery.Rain Rubilax was a trained medic who Joined the war in efforets to save as many as he could . The horrors he saw weighed heavily on him, turning his heart to ice . His quick wits , and lack of emotional attachemnt to his patients saved lives but won him no friends.
+That was until he met another , much younger doctor who had wandered in . He was from the Enemies side but harboured no ill intent . The doctor pleeaded for some clean bandages and in exchange he would for some nursing services . Rubilax  had few supplies of his own but needed the aid . The new doctor was named sebastian. A Noblemna doctor from the Icy Oxtrad. Despite his upbringing and training , he was everything ubilax was not . KInd , gentle with all and had a bright smiley personality . His presence warded away  even the grimmest of atmosphere as he joked among the sick and injured, bringing them some hope. It was Sebastians Idea to expand the hospitals and bring them closer to each other . In his opinion he and Rubilax was enough to fend off any cruel soldiers who wanted to destroy the hospitals anyway .  The idea worked and supplies were fairly spread out . Rubilax and Sebastian could save more lives together, ad even if Rubilax would never admit it , Sebastian did make the the burdens lighter
+One night , towards the end of the war. SEbastian woke Rubilax with a panic . \
+“ Raine . You got to get out of here . Flee the country , forget this lands .”
+Groggy and confused , Rubilax questioned his friend who was looking over his shoulder
+“ Trust me . They are going to outlaw the Lizard folk and dragon folk after this war finishes . YYou will be hunted like deer.Even my surgeon hands cant change your race “
+Sebastaion threw a pack of supplies at Rubilax before he could protest and draped him with several blanketsall before shoving rubilax out of the tent .
+“ you can take my familys horse , Flee . I will find you when the dust seattles my friend”
+And that was the last that Rubilax saw his friend
+The trip out was grueling . Rubilax had no idea where to flee to , He had alsways been assigned to laces and knew little about Geography or the world map . it was only sheer luck that he foundother fleering too that he could get to the promised archipelago .
+It was several years since then that Raine received the news of what happened during the war. He had established a small hut in a mountain over looking the sea for himself where he studied the lands plants ands dicines and poisons . He had no interest in setting up shop as a doctor, he didnt think he could do a great job after  relying so much on his friend. It wasnt the same. The news came through a package, along with a loud mouth courier who  had annoyingly asked around town for DOCTOR Raine Rubilax. Thenearby town had no doctor but they knew that where Rain lived. This of course gave the towns peoples ideas. When the courier finally showed up , He handed the package off with a grin and headed back to port .
+The packaged contained a letter and a neatly wrapped up monocle that belonged to Sebastian . Rubilax refused to read the letter and stowed the package away . It was easy enough to guess that his friend didnt make it out alive . ANd he hated himself for leaving sebastian behind .
+The reports followed soon after. A traveling merchant who rought news from the mainlands sould documents of those who died.. Rubilax only read it to see if any of the patients he had left survived, but he didnt expect to see under a category named “ TRaitors to the state ._ Executed by behiading . Dr Sebastian Silvon. It was then when Rubilaz realised he still had a heart, the pain was unimaginable . He stale sitting in the midway of the markets until loooooooonggg after veryone had left and the night crawled in . HE would have stayed there for for eternity if he was not disturbed by a pleading man . He thought it was sebastian at first , the same kind of voice made him look up with hope. But the ice returned , thicker , when he saw it was just a man, siytting next to him pleading
+“ Rubilax .. sir .. mo erm .. doctor Rubilax sir . Please . I heard you were a doctor . Its my son . He is not well”
+Infront of him stood the Archepelegoes Richest Resident. His Family did not come to the island to flee but rather saw an oppeturnity and now organises the Traveling merchants safe travel over the  waves. Right now he was on the floor his forehead resting on the ground . Infront of him 4 Bags of gold
+“ Please” he begged . “ can you save him “
+Rubilax wanted to refuse . But the gold meant he could afford to travel back or at least hire a merc to find his friends grave and bring his body back .  So he agreed to help the Noble , took the gold and followed
+The son was no older than the average soldier . HE laid Pale amongs the finest silks , breathing heavily, gasping for air. On his shoulder , there was visible bandages and when he removed them , there was nothing but an old scar . Rubilax was sure there was no other obvious reasons for the boys discomfort. A chamber maid explained that the shoulder never fully healed and that the boy complained about it daily although it had long healed. He had gotten it from training. Although a rich family , the young men always used wooden swords to train to not waste material when they broke . Rubilax had no tools but used his claws to permfom a surgery . He had suspected that there was a large chunk of dirty splinter in the boys shoulder and was right in his guess. . He didnt bother to stitch the boy up and rather told the chambermaid to throw alcohol on the wound and bandage it . He would be better in a few days . He then took his leave and headed home to make his Sebastian Plan a reality
+It did not take long for the word to spread that Rubilax was a doctor. After saving the noblmans son, many started queuing outside Rubilaxs hut

+I hope that this package finds you safely in your new home. Thank you for trusting your old friend and fleering . I would have joined you if I knew I was going to be narked on hahaha! Anyway , as you may have guessed, I am writing from my cell before my beheading tomorrow, I hope you can keep thios monocle safe for me , Its yours so i can keep an eye on you from the heavens , or hells. Who knows wherethey send dogs like me . I hear they all go to heaven.

+Rubilax opens his clinic , uses the money to build a hospoytal . He does treat patients but he continuies heis habits of not being friendly or polite . he uses them as subjects mostly , experimenting medical procedures. He learns dark magic . Necromancy .
+Creates his first servants
+Servants is great but is bored > she asks rubilax for her freedom in exchange for a favour , he says sure gets sebastian back ,
+Puts a ward on her that if she tries to flee she wiyld gets horriibly hiurt/lilled.
+She eventually brings backs sebastians coffin

+Rubilax works on bringingsebastian back all whilst making a nme for himself as a very efficient doctor .
+Many eyats go buy  m he manages to rise the now headless sebastian . He rcruits him as a fellow nurse. Sebastian is happy to be back . Talks the very aclhohilic , very grumpys rubilax ear off . Is brillant with patients . They start to ask if Sebastian can go out to places where theres sick women and children who cant handle rubilax treatment or tempremant
+Sebastian does just that and become more indepanet . rubilax is aware that his friend,oght start his won business and is ok with that .
