The hills are full of mines of various sizes carved into the walls of the hills. most are abandoned are so are free to explore but some are active and hold signs or guards outside to prevent unauthorized entry. another thing that litters the hills are contraptions made by the gnomes.

The arcane taught here is alot experimental and a little mad but it is the greatest (Arguably) place of learning for those wishing to study the Arcane. \\
