   *Rocky hills laying within the //Fesston Forest// they are not tall enough to be considered mountains but big enough to pose a land-mark. the hills have well travelled paths carved through them mostly thanks to the village of Rock Gnomes who have lived in these hills for generations. The arcane taught here is alot experimental and a little mad but it is the greatest (Arguably) place of learning for those wishing to study the Arcane. \\
