Room Descriptions:

Ground: Dining hall and kitchen
Large U shape tables around a fire pit with kitchens in the back, there is a stair well leading down to the left and another to the right leading up. Two hulking zombie ogres stand at the far side of the room and another 4 humanoid zombies seated around the room, they all look towards the enterance

1st Floor: Common Rooms
A set of 6 bedrooms with a small common area

2nd Floor: Master Rooms
2 Large bedrooms with fine common area and private bathroom, bathroom door is a mimic, rug near shelving and couches is rug of smothering

Basement: Storage & Vault
Large open space with 4 pillars looks like this place would be used for storage but there is a beholder floating in front of a large vault door, he is looking at the only stair well.

Blood Vault: A large vault door stands inlaid into the far wall, with writing on it in four different languages

The group has to paint the wall with blood and a version of whatever's blood was painted on it with crawls out.
Once the blood is exposed, it would shoot to the wall and slither into the words, glow, then sink away, then out comes the creature.
To break into or pick the intricate lock made of a combination lock and a spin dial above it. takes a DC27 to unlock, DC 20 to see razor sharp needle trap positioned to strike the hand of the intruder, If know about the trap DEX SAVE DC 20 to avoid the trap, if hit take 1d4 damage, blood flies out of the wound into the wall triggering main feature but this one doesn't unlock the vault. Brute force will not work, some high level magic might work

Inside the vault contains:
The room is lit by a yellow glowing dome in the center of the roof. A large chest sits at the far side of the room underneath an exotic sword on the wall. A table with various arrows and quivers laid out each with a small tag attached sits next to the left pillar and a weapons rack sits next to it with a slender and spotless lance in it almost like dust is avoiding it and a silver rapier. Immediately to you right is a large cabinet with 4 bottles still in it next to that is another table with few small scrolls of paper, a log book and an unlit candle. Next to the right pillar is a shelf with a few of bags, a green cloak and a pair of dark goggles

Closed book has in large words “How to spot a mimic” on binder and front, remains still until moved or attacked
