Burning Library

The group is greeted by a very angry looking noble with half his face in bandages from events of last night, he sent off his most trusted before the sun rose. He sees that the fire is a bigger priority and tasks the group with putting out the fire and discussions will be held after the fire is out.

The Library is in between two buildings surrounding an open market place, the local court house and a run down empty building. The court house is in the process of being evacuated but the chaos is causing people to become trapped.
There is a well in the center of the marketplace next to a giant dead tree overgrown with vines and moss and a horse cart with a large tank cart carrying water, a couple priests from a small chapel on the opposite side of market place start running over to start medical assistance and guards are trying to manage people and clear the area, the Duke will keep an eye on the group while giving out commands, very distracted by the events happening
