Resurection/Reincarnation
Cannot revive someone that's died of old age, Resurecction of any kind ties the target's soul to the caster's soul, if the caster dies the target will gain a point of exhaustion each week that cannot be removed unless they find someone else they can tie their soul to.

Dyndryd, Dyndryd the eternal, an elderly human that apparently has lived over 2,000 years, according to locals he visits Mulburg every few decades. Met him once a couple hundered years ago. Haven't seen him since. Rumours are he lives North of the city in the mountains, unsure how true it is.
Narkul, Not much is known, many documents were destroyed long ago to hide his existance.
Sovereign, Holding cell in the basement. She tries to hide the hand and it's growth. If she is alone with a few people she'll try suggestion to escape.
Basilisk, Contract for the Basilisk has been forgotten as stays away from urban areas and disappeared around 26 years ago and hasn't been anymore reports only rumours of it returning. Contract was for 500gp.
Griffon, Good spots might be in the central room, in backyard or in private garden. One of Mulburg's exports is rare plants that can only be grown in the swamps and marshes. Haldir reccommends Natural Remedies owned by Roklah found here in the Dry district, she sells a large range of herbs, medicines, and components.
Black Dragons Found in Jungles, Forests, and Swamps. Typically very chaotic and violent. They breath highly corrosive acid, excelent at flying and swimming. They love to take a humanoid form and cause chaos in politics or use their shape to intimidate others.

Trolls Typically found in swamps and marshes. They naturally regrow and reform when hurt, regrowing limbs quickly. Fire slows or stops the regrowth.

Kenway Phillips As you reach the enterance of The Basking Stone you see a wanted poster for Allira and “Soverign” both are defaced after the Wanted title “FOR DEMON BUGGERY” as you enter and scan over the room you see an empty chair with a dark purple coat hanging off it, The table has four seats and is clear except for one empty glass, if group sits down or waits a bearded human man returns to the table with a full glass and sits down.
Knights Willing to meet some more members but not visiting the camp as of yet, the meeting is today, roughly the same place Delta found Johime and Azker.
Allira If Allira is mentioned, Kenway looks around the room and after happy no-one is paying attention just his face shifts into Allira's and then into whoever asked about Allira and then back to Kenway. “That answer your question? If not work it out yourself”
Sovereign Hates “Sovereign” for ruining their carefully laid plan to free Nolista. unorganised, sloppy, impolsive, a failure. Has promised Azker that he'll kill Sovereign, might not be this week or the next but one day maybe a year or two from now, he'll be having lunch with a dear friend one moment and the next moment that friend turned into him has slit his throat and bleeds out on the floor.
The Plan Had followed a guard for a year learning everything about him and then “replacing” him, the real Kenway has been gone for nearly half a year, today is one of Sargent Kenway Phillips' days off.
Nolista & Azker Great couple, very loving and devoted to helping better this world, saddened Nolista died but at least she died quickly.
Dyndryd One of the few that have met hime, kind old man. Glad he's made a safe haven for those unable to fight against the empire.
Black Dragon Don't know about any black dragons, there are two black dragonborn he knows.

Audax
Sleeping in the middle of Alucard's Manor a few flower petals rest on the Laico, many of the staff and players are gathered around after hearing the commotion of the slamming doors, winds and light. As Audax stirs from his sleep he goes into a small panic, animal handling DC10 to calm Audax for anyone except Ironhide. On a fail it attacks the person, after the attack Audax calms down and sees the water feature and goes for a drink.
Audax takes time to learn all that he can do, he learns the abilities below at the start of the listed time.

Delta Patrol
5 miles from city, only finds farmland and people entering or leaving the city.
When searching the North in the morning find two figures no near any roads moving Northward. Johime & Akzer (Passive 17). As Delta approaches or makes herself known Johime hides behind a nearby tree and Akzer draws a bow toward Delta.
“Shit.” says the blue tiefling, his horns spiral backwards like a goat's if he still had both, one appears to be missing, his tail looks to be wrapped in a clean bandage and much shorter than you would expect a tiefling of his age to be. The figure that ran behind the tree appeared to be a silver female dragonborn, she appears scrawny and weak for a dragonborn. you can hear the shuffling of paper and books behind the tree. Both appear mid 30s

Last Night Azker killed his wife, Nalista, last night giving her a quick death instead of burning alive.

South If travel for more than half a day find petrified statue of heavily wounded female Lizardfolk, large holes pierce her chest and shoulder, reviving her results in her bleeding out and dying. DC15 Medicine will reveal she's already dead or seconds away from it. A spear and net with fish in it lay nearby.
Night Events
Troll Hear a low sream, investigation finds a large arm on the ground with blood surrounding. Survival check 14+, Troll tracks leading North, 17+ Basilisk tracks leading East.
Lizardfolk village
Glaren
Tribe of Lizardfolk, unaware of politics, Basilisk hunting and killing those who wonder too far. Outsiders not allowed in, they moved to get away from society and live in peace. They may setup camp just outside if promise to leave no mess. Following if promise is kept and no hostilities the lizardfolk will give each member of the group coal cooked birds wrapped with large leaves and stuffed with mushroom. The perfect blanket is also given. If group mentions Dyndryd the leader will mention of an elderly man living in the mountains that calls himself “Dyndryd the Eternal” the lizardfolk can provide a rough area.
The “Perfect Blanket”: A simple black bear fur blanket one side depicting a campsite with red and silver threads and the other an igloo with blue and silver thread. It is a thermal blanket with perfect heat transfer: one side is always warm or hot, the other is always cold. Can be used to survive extreme temperatures, but only with vigilance. One adventurer fell asleep under it and was found roasted crispy the next morning. Another who made the same mistake in summertime was found frozen solid.
If on good terms as they are leaving and receive the items they'll also mention if they return with parts of the basilisk as proof of it's death they can use the parts to make something for them as a reward.
If group returns with proof of the Basilisk's death depending on any parts returned they can make various items, Weapon and Armour cannot be magical, requires attunement, Eye operation requires attunement.

Spider Camp
Huge (15ft x 15ft) stone spider over a stone hut with a part of it blown open.
Something has setup camp, stringing cloth between the legs to create a barrier.
Investigating reveals a very old campsite, everything in camp has rotted away or been overgrown, spider itself has lots of cracks, the abdomen has fallen off and mostly sunk into the swamp.

Lives in a large sprawling cave, Dyndryd has an illusion hiding the mouth of the cave and always has an old man taking care of a little cottage 120ft away and who tells anyone that visits that he is Dyndryd the Eternal.
Dyndryd has wiped their mind of his existance and makes them truely believe their name is Dyndryd and have lived in the cottage for many millennia, don't know anyone called Narkul but knew a kind young man named Dauthos. It's been over 400 years since he last had visitors but sometimes visits Mulburg and Glaren every few years.
Detect magic reveals Enchantment magic over the man but nothing else.
He has stats of a commoner and can be killed easily
